Meet our Fremont Doctors

Dr. Lynn Faur, M.D.

Dr. Lynn Faur is a board-certified physician who has been practicing for more than 20 years. Dr. Faur holds degrees from Franklin College, Tulane University and Indiana University. She received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program. She sees patients at our Fremont office.

Chrishawna Schieber, FNP-BC

Chrishawna Schieber, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She began working at Cameron as a medical assistant in 2005. She completed her Masters in Nursing at Indiana University, and transitioned into nursing at Cameron, where she worked in urgent care, medical/surgery and in the emergency room.

Anne Reitz, WHNPC, is an experienced nurse practitioner working in conjunction with Dr. Tom Miller

Dr. Christopher J. Gasaway

Dr. Christopher J. Gasaway is a double board-certified family and sports medicine physician. Dr. Gasaway completed his medical degree from Kansas City University and received his family medicine residency through Reid Health and a sports medicine fellowship through Community Health Network in Indianapolis. Gasaway, a Fremont High School graduate, is excited to provide care in his hometown. Outside of seeing patients, Dr. Gasaway enjoys spending time with his wife and children, staying active, and traveling.
